Food Truck Business - (2017 - Present)
The project is building a food truck that strive for customer experience, quality and mobility. Yes, winter 2016-2017 is the year when food truck became a trend. It was booming and people liked the idea. I was intrigued by the idea because of two reasons. The first one was when me my colleagues at work were complaining about the food provided in the cafeteria. We had no choice but to eat from the cafeteria, as we only had a half an hour break. And so, I thought to myself what if food trucks were here at lunch time only! New York then came to my mind. Trucks are everywhere and mostly and it included convenience for the hungry.
The second reason was that I liked taking people’s order when I worked with one of the existing food trucks for free. People were happy to be served by a Saudi. I was inspired to serve people and spread the smile. I believe that the owner of the food truck lost me as a great asset to really transform his business to be the best nationwide. I had so many ideas that customers would have loved. I had so many business strategies that would have revolutionized the food industry in Saudi Arabia. Mostly all of restaurants in Saudi are focusing on the normal customer who has a variety of food when he is out of work. But, when he is at work, he doesn’t have options, in fact, many struggle to find something to eat because they don’t have restaurant.
